And you thought eating at Jack In The Box was a death-defying act.
Dinner in the Sky
The senses consume. The mind digests. The blog expels.
Certain individuals keep telling me that I should be a writer (Hi Mom). This is probably as close as I'll ever come to making that happen.

You couldn't pay me enough to do that!!!
What if...ummmm...you have to go to the bathroom???
Foo - I need a bike. I'm being prodded by my youngins to ride with them and I'm in desperate need of something. I'm hoping you can help. I have to buy it cheap. HELP!
That's pretty amazing. I think I would do it, but the voices are taking over:
...but it takes forever to catch the waiter's eye.
....talk about your dinner going thud.
....dropping silverware can be deadly.
....where dinner never bottoms out.
....if the crane made circles, would that make it fast food?
I've had too much coffee today.
@janie: I'd say you'd have to ask your hubs for advice on such delicate matters in less than ideal situations.
@anne: I guess it depends on whether you mean 'cheap' in the sense of buying absolutely the least expensive thing you can find at Wally World, riding it a couple times, and letting it gather dust in the corner -OR- buying something that's probably not quite as inexpensive as you'd like but which ends up being a bargain because it's good enough quality that it lasts for a while.
In the first case, pretty much anything will do. If the latter, I'd suggest going to a reputable bike shop and working with them to figure out the best sort of bike for both your wallet and the sort of riding you want to do.
If that sounds evasive, it's only because I probably don't have much knowledge of specific brands or models of bikes of the style (comfort or hybrid) that I would guess you're interested in. Good luck!
@bee: Too much coffee, definitely.
